about us

We are Liger Learning Center students. We came from different provinces . We all are 10-12 years old. In this round Exploration we learned about the  entrepreneurship. We had 13 people in our group, but we divided into 3 groups. Our group is Cambodia Pencil case ( CPC ) group. In this group we divided 3 group are Marketing Design and blog post. Our product did many things to make it cheaper with different design.

Blog Entrepreneur- Cambodia Pencil Case

Day 1
On Monday our teacher did the presentation to us about the idea of the 3D printing machine. What is it? What does it make us better? and What was important about it?. Then KIChong gave us about 45 minute gathering ideas to create a product that help the people most of. Our group vote for three ideas, it was the pencil case. We think that our idea is good because it can help people to learn and easier to use it at home. We did the presentation about that to other kids too,because we wanted to let them know.

Day 2
On Wednesday we met each other first time then we divided into three groups. Our group we had an ideas bout the pencil case to work on. Then we answer some questions that required about our product. When we finish answering ,we did a small presentation to describe our ideas.

Day 3
On Thursday we were split in two groups. The product team and the customers team. The product team was making the prototype for the real product. The product team had to find some material from a box and decided to use for apart or not. In that team they use glue to make a hole because the plastic is melt when it was in a high temperature so that why we can use it to make pencil hole. The customer team is thinking of who will ask and what is the questions we should ask to them. The customer team think that kids from the age of 10-15, Community kid and parent of the kid of the age from 6-8 is the best customer for our product.

Day 4
On Friday we wait for our teacher for an hour. Beside waiting, we did some works that related to our project. When our teacher arrived, he said that today we're going to think about the question and how to ask them. We got a lot of questions, but all of that question doesn't related to our product. So we tried it again and again until we got a new better answer and we got new customer is the Liger kids ,when we end the class our teacher gave us homework to do on the weekend. The homework is about making Google form and to ask the customer.

Day 5
On Monday we shared our group questions to other group. We used the projector to project the form to another students. Then they gave us some comments for us to get a better questions for the form. We talked a lot of things to get the good questions and in the correct ways. Then we made a customer list for the group. After that we send our form to ask the customer to see what they think and what is their problem, so we can make our product better to help them.

Day 6
On Tuesday ,we measure how big our pencil case is. Especially the hole to put pencil, the high of the pencil  what do we need to buy and what do we need to print out from the 3D machine. We also checked our Google form to see what is the answer that we got form the customers.

Day 7
On Wednesday, we compare which group will stay and which group will join other group by using the the answer we checked. We compare group have more people,  This round our group still going but we have to change our idea a little bit because most of the people that don’t like our product they usually lost the books or something, so we can't. But we can change if they lost some thing like ruler, pen or pencil.

Day 8
On Thursday, we learned with Ki Chong brother and his name is Kihav. We did the presentation to KiHav what that we learned before. We need to know what thing that our customer need and how that we can sell it to the customer to make them like it and feel interesting . Then Ki Hav wanted us to download 1 program that can make the 3Dprinting make thing that we want to make.

Day 9
On Friday we learned with Paul he is Ki Chong friend he come to teach us because kichong is go to Thailand. When we learned with Paul he teach us how that can make our business work. There are has 3 thing that can make the business work their are has 3C and 4P all of those things is can make our business work so much.

Day 10  
On Monday we need to do about the marketing and other one is do about business plan. business plan group is need to write what is our goal for another day and one more group is do about marketing they need to know who is our customer and how much that we sell for our pencil case one more is what question that we can as them.



Day 11
On Tuesday we spread out to 3 groups 1 group is do about the business plant is mean that what happen for our business in the future. One more group is is do about design more about the pencil case it mean that how big of the pencil case or something of about the pencil. For other group they need to do the blog website they need to write something about the pencil. like how much does it cost how big of it and another thing about the pencil. One more job is need to do  the invitation for other people to look at it .


Day 12
On Wednesday we start to write down the goal so we know what can we do every day because we only have three week left for this exploration so we have to get everything done that why we set goal what can we do every day.After we set our goal we started to do what we set the goal.We got many work to do in our group some of us work on the blog, marketing plan and work on the question to ask the customers.


Day 13
On Thursday we keep working on what on our goal and write the idea for teach the community kid.
In the evening after we finish the lesson we went to do presentation to the community kid that come to learn English at our school, but they don’t really  understand what we taught them
because we use hard words to tough so they don’t understand and they are so shy when we ask them do you understand they just say yes, but their look like they don’t understand. So we learn a lesson how to introduce our product to the customers.


Day 14
On Friday we write the blog find cartoon to put on our pencil case, so that make our young customer want to buy it first we want to put the picture of rabbit, but then we realize that the picture was too big to put on our product  so we decide to put the Angry Bird cartoon on our
product because we it will fit on our product.  


Day 15  
On Monday, we made wrote on the paper about our goal from now until the rest of the exploration. We also did wrote the to-do list for the rest of our exploration. Our goal is to sell our product more with the lower price.


Day 16
On Tuesday, Ki Chong told us about the place that we going to go and to sell our product. So we did some practice together to get ready.  


Day 17
On Wednesday, we research the place where we can go to sell and where do it was in the map what class that we want to go and want time that they open. then we need to say to the group and to the teacher what place that we want to go when we chose finish we think some of the question.


Day 18
On Thursday, we all looked at our design to see what to change because we wanted to make our product look better. So we all chosen the design to put on it. We all chosen to put our pencilcase name to put on there. Both of the Khmer name and English name.


Day 19
On Friday, We review what to say to people at Development Innovation(DI). We also work on the blog and some is writing about our business plan . We also did some research about the website that we have to do to prepare when we go to DI we have enough information to talk tp peopleat there.


Day 20
On Saturday, we went to Kichong office because we need to finished something like we need to finished the goals when we go to DI. So we all did the research about four different organization and we made some questions to ask them. After that we shared our ideas to our classmate.


Day 21
On Monday, we went to DI. We met some new people and we went to talk to them about our product. We also listened to people at there to tell us some information about their organization.


Day 22

On Tuesday, we did the reflection when we went to DI. We choose 3 people that we had talk to by answer some questions about them. We also did some blog post and edit something more on the blog.

Day 23

On Wednesday, we divided the the group to do different things. We work on our blog a little bit and we divided into 2 group for the presentation to prepare when we go to  ISPP school and the group  are Entrepreneurship and 3D printer group. We also have to write what material we need to use to do our presentation at ISPP school.
Day 24
On Thursday, we wrote the draft email to the customer that we met at DI. We also note some of our material that we need when we go do ISPP. We also worked on the blog for that day too.


Day 25
On Friday, we continued our presentation to prepared. We also did the blog post. We took some group picture to post on the blog and we worked on the canva to make our fliers to give to people.


Day 26
On Monday, we continued our presentation to get ready. We also did the presentation to our friends and our friends gave the feedback what should we change or what should we improve. Other than this we also practiced to talk about our product too.


Day 27
On Tuesday, we practiced to do the presentation without the internet. We just keep to give our group for the feedback about what to change or to improve. Some of us also worked on the blog post.


Day 28
On Wednesday, we went to ISPP to do our presentation about the 3D printer and the Entrepreneur. When we finished that we went to the other room and tell them about our product to them. Some of them also order our product too. So we felt so glad that many people wanted to order our product. Beside this we went to their classroom and see what they are doing in there too. At 3 o'clock we went to Kichong’s office and we wrote the reflection what we did today. We also copy our information to the form too.

Pencil case
The benefit of our pencil case are:
  • Help to keep the studying material( pen, pencil, ruler, pencil sharpener, correction pen,eraser, marker )

  • Keep the things organize
  • Last for long time
Not keep losing the studying material again
